Enrollment

Enrollment at Little Red Apple Learning Centers is a quick and easy process.  

 

As easy as 1-2-3!

 

To register your child:

​

1. Call the Center to ascertain that there is space​

2. Print out Application Parts 1 and 2 and the Universal Child       Health Form (found under the Family Resources tab under "Forms"

3. Bring the completed forms along with your chlld's immunization record to the center
